Craft beverage creators and culinary artisans abound in the East End and we’ll introduce you to a few of our favorites on the East End Artisanal Tasting Tour
Food, Culture & Art
This tour visits several spectacular art galleries to learn from curators about local and guest artists while your tour guide shares cultural and historical highlights in route. You’ll see just how Portlanders collaborate and support one another as you learn about the beautiful paintings and products in collections and for sale. This tour begins in a cozy cafe with a tasty Maine appetizer and mini cocktail to set us on our way. We walk appx. a mile and finish with a high tea featuring fresh baked goods from one of Portland’s best.
Many tours will also include visits to either the Maine Historical Society or the Maine College of Art (MECA) with a portion of ticket sales supporting these organizations.
Our last visit is at the Portland Museum of Art where we will be welcomed to the “Maine” room to view works from many of Maine’s famous artists before you may continue to enjoy the museum or stay and relax. (Note: All tickets include a VIP pass for full admission to the PMA that may be used right away or on another day if you prefer to return on your own.)
We look forward to taking you on this tour celebrating all that is creative Portland!
