Maine Foodie Tours has teamed up with Chef Cole to offer intimate cooking classes at Vervacious, located at 227 Commercial Street. The back room is turned into a private bistro, with room for 12 guests. Chef Cole teaches various skills and techniques with a variety of ingredients to prepare decadent dishes. Guests are able to enjoy all the creations discussed and demonstrated.

At the start of each class, we bring guests to the Old Port Wine Merchant to learn how to properly pair wines with the featured meal. Guests may then purchase their wine to enjoy during the demonstration.

Meals and cooking classes are offered on Wednesday evenings (6h00-8h00pm) and feature 4-5 courses. Private parties are also available. Below is a listing of the upcoming classes for 2011.
